Our mission has and will always be far greater than just placing great people in great jobs. Tru Talent’s guiding principles to Grow, Empower and Nurture are deeply instilled in the team and all that we do thanks to our MD Toni Taylor. Her vision is expansive and far more than helping people find amazing new opportunities to grow their careers and also supplying businesses with the best talent around. Toni’s vision is to inspire others and elevate not only her local community but a wider audience to believe in themselves and know that they can achieve their dreams one step at a time.
Tru Talent has become a vehicle for creating positive change and leaving a lasting legacy in our community. We are passionate about not only our business community but are driven to help and elevate our younger generations. As part of this commitment, we regularly deliver talks and workshops both in a business setting and also in schools and young community groups. We run networking events and a highly subscribed HR forum. We are also so excited to be sponsoring Team Gleed Jones as they embark on their journey to the beach volleyball finals at this year's Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. They are a shining example of what can be achieved if you are dedicated, work hard and believe in the process of the journey ahead of you. We also can’t forget that we love to champion and support women in business and know that we a so lucky to have such a wealth of female business leaders within our community.
