Tru Talent’s Sustainability Policy
VISION
At Tru Talent, we envision a future where our operations are in harmony with the environment, our employees thrive, and our communities prosper. Our internal sustainability policy is our commitment to achieving this vision. We aspire to be a beacon of responsible and sustainable business practices, where every action we take today paves the way for a brighter and more resilient tomorrow
PRINCIPLES
At Tru Talent we recognise the harm caused to the local and global environment from continued use of non-recylclables and we commit to reduce this in our business.
We will measure our impact on the environment and set targets to improve our performance.
IMPORTANT ISSUES
Our business faces some real challenges, but there are also opportunities. We seek to reduce our Carbon footprint by reducing waste, cutting unnecessary travel to meetings, buying ethically sourced products and investing in an energy audit to reduce our consumption.
We also actively work with climate solution companies to offset our carbon footprint along with planting trees across the world, sustainability promise & normal monthly tree planting.
SCOPE
We acknowledge that we have limited influence over our suppliers in the recruitment industry and beyond, but we commit to educate them wherever possible and create a list of preferred suppliers who support our ideals.
Tru Talent believes in a successful future for our business and the candidates and clients we work with and prioritise the sustainability of the environment, communities and economics in which we operate.
We bear a responsibility to consider the impacts of our actions and how they affect the environment both directly in terms of our own operations, and indirectly through our decisions and the services we offer to our clients and the business opportunities we pursue.
We are committed to minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment and to demonstrating leadership by integrating environmental considerations into all our business practices.
OBJECTIVES
We commit to:
