Candidates

    We don’t charge you to find your dream job so you don’t have to worry about any hidden fees.

  • To help speed up your onboarding process with us, we ask that you have your documents ready so we can fast track without any hiccups! These are:

    • Passport

    • Up to date CV

    • Referencing request details

    • RTW documents if applicable

  • If you’re a British or Irish citizen, you can prove your right to work in the UK with either of the following:

    • a British passport

    • an Irish passport or passport card

    Your passport or passport card can be current or expired.

    If you do not have a passport or passport card, you can prove your right to work with one of the following:

    • a UK birth or adoption certificate

    • an Irish birth or adoption certificate

    • -a certificate of registration or naturalisation as a British citizen

    You must also give your employer an official letter or document from a previous employer or a government agency.

    For example, you could use a letter from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or the Social Security Agency in Northern Ireland. The letter must show your name and National Insurance number.

  • Yes we do!

    For any employee of Tru Talent who refers a friend to us and they are successfully placed into a role, you will be eligible to receive a £250 refer a friend voucher!

  • If you need a reference for your new role you can pass the following email address onto your new employer: accounts@tru-talent.co.uk

  • We must receive your timesheet by 5PM on the Monday after the week you have worked.

    You can either send this to us via email or have your supervisor send it to us.

    Please ensure you put your name, clients name, week ending date and both yourself and your supervisor sign at the bottom.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for work visas at this time.

Temporary Staff

  • We will collect most of your information through our registration forms and payroll form however please ensure you also have the following ready:

    • Passport or driving license - for UK citizens

    • RTW documents - for non UK citizens

  • Please refer to our RTW blog on everything related to RTW

  • We pay our temporary staff every week on a Friday by BACS (bank transfer) for the previous weeks work.

    If you start with us on a Monday, you will not be paid for that week until the following Friday

  • Please ensure you fill in your timesheet every week and hand this into your employer, it is very important that you put your name, client name, date and signature on this form in order for you to be paid correctly without any delays.

    Your employer will then send us the completed form once they have approved your hours for us to process for Payroll the following week.

  • You will receive your payslip weekly by email from Xero, anytime from Tuesday to Wednesday.

    Your payslip is password protected, please ensure you read the email on how to access the details.

  • If you think you have paid too much tax or you do not understand the figures on your payslip, please call us on 01202 237129, Option 2 for accounts.

    You may need to contact HMRC directly to resolve any tax code issues.

  • If you need to change any of your personal details over please call us on 01202 237129, option 2 for accounts

  • If you would like to book some time off, please fill in your holiday form and hand this to your employer to sign off, they will then send this to us to process through payroll.

    It is important you give your employer as much notice as possible for any holiday requests.

    Please note you accrue holiday as you work per hour, if you would like to find out your annual leave accruement so far please contact us at timesheets@tru-talent.co.uk

    You will need to use your holiday allowance in the Calendar year between 1st January - 31st December as your accrual will reset every year on 1st January.

  • Please make sure you inform your employer and us if you are off sick.
