Fundraising
Fundraising has been a cornerstone of our commitment to making a positive impact in our community.
Over the years, we have recognised the profound difference that financial support and effort can make towards charities, whether it’s our annual Lewis Manning Pub Quiz, the UK Fire Walk, the WWF Lockdown fundraiser or our sponsored Dusk till Dawn walk, we love to take part and do our bit!
These efforts allow us to actively contribute to causes we deeply care about, fostering a sense of unity and purpose within our own workplace and beyond.

Timeline
April 2020
The Tru Talent Team took part in ‘2.6 Challenge’ where the raised money to sponsor a child to go to school in the Gambia.
March 2021
The Tru Talent team took part in ‘100 miles in March’ to raise money for WWF.
July 2021
Toni & Aimee took part in Dusk till Dawn walk with Aim Community. They raised £317 combined for their charity by walking 28km through the night through the New Forest.
September 2021
Tru Talent partnered with AFCB Community Sports Trust to support their mental health and wellbeing project being delivered across schools in Dorset. They continued to renew this partnership for the following 2 years.
February 2022
Tru Talent sponsored Team Gleed Joins for 1 year.
November 2022
Tru Talent sponsored St James Racing for 1 year.
June 2023
Tru Talent held their first Charity Pub Quiz Fundraiser for Lewis Manning Hospice, raising a total of £700 for the charity on the night.
May 2024
Aimee & Carly took part in the Fire Walk Challenge for Lewis Manning and raised a combined £285.
June 2024
Tru Talent held their second Charity Pub Quiz Fundraiser for Helpful Hounds and raised a total of £532.
Partnerships
At Tru Talent, we take pride in our longstanding partnerships with local organisations such as St James Racing, Gleed Jones Volleyball Team and the fantastic AFCB Community Sports Trust.
Our commitment to nurturing and teamwork extends beyond the workplace, as we continue to build meaningful relationships and contribute positively to the achievements of these outstanding organisations.
Food Bank Donations
As part of our support for our local community, we gather and distribute essential food items to families in need via the local food banks, helping to alleviate hunger and provide nourishment to those who might otherwise go without.
We believe that by coming together to contribute to these efforts, we can make a meaningful impact and foster a sense of solidarity and care within our communities. We are proud to play a part in ensuring that everyone has access to the food they need, and we encourage others to join us in this ongoing initiative.
