Recruitment Specialist
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum DOE
Extras: Bonus Uncapped Opportunity
Location: Westbourne
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (8am-2pm on Friday’s)
Tru Talent are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team of 360 recruiters. You will be working alongside the Automotive Team covering all areas of the role from business development, account management to candidate sourcing & management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of Recruiter:
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle.
Source candidates directly and proactively, whilst leveraging your own network, social media, networking websites and other social recruitment channels such as events.
Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations.
Build and nurture internal and external relationships.
Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion.
Create and adapt job adverts to align to your client’s requirements.
Account manage all existing clients by providing exceptional service.
Develop new business opportunities within your specific sector.
Produce and post job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
Keeping up with legislation and new trends within recruitment.
Your Skills and Experience of Recruiter:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager / Candidate Resourcer or Sales Agent.
Experience working in a Sales or Target driven environment.
The ability to show resilience.
Confident, with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships.
Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
