Location: Wakefield
Salary: £47,500 - £77,500 OTE

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a high-achieving accident repair centre in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with at least two years of experience in an Accident Repair setting as a manager, senior, or team leader. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teamwork, productivity, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:Bodyshop Manager

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

  • Liaise with all team members to ensure processes and quality standards are met.

  • Provide accurate estimated completion dates in line with targets.

  • Ensure workshop safety, PPE compliance, and health & safety regulations are followed.

  • Conduct quality checks on vehicles to maintain high standards.

  • Report to the Regional Manager with daily updates on performance.

What We Are Looking For:Bodyshop Manager

  • At least two years of experience in an Accident Repair setting.

  • Previous experience as a manager, senior, or team leader in a bodyshop environment.

  • A full UK Driving Licence.

  • A proactive, forward-thinking approach to leadership.

  • A passion for teamwork, productivity, and achieving results.
