Administrator

Location: Windsor/Slough
Salary: £13.00-£15.00ph
Hours: 9am- 5:30pm – Temporary

We’re working with a leading UK business support provider with 10,000+ staff delivering services across 4,500+ sites. They’re proud of their values, culture, and commitment to quality service — and are now seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

The Role of the Administrator:

You’ll support internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident in delivering top-level admin support.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Manage and distribute items from the inbox

  • Download invoices/statements and chase approvals

  • Handle AP calls and supplier queries professionally

  • Maintain filing systems and audit expenses

  • Provide general admin support as needed

What you’ll need as the Administrator:

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook & Excel skills

  • Admin experience (finance/AP a bonus)

  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Confident communicator and team player
