Collaborating for Change: Tru Talent’s Impactful Partnerships

At Tru Talent, we have always believed in giving back to our local community.

As a company, we recognise the importance of supporting initiatives and organisations that make a real difference in people's lives. We have established meaningful partnerships with organisations, which allow us to support initiatives that promote physical and mental well-being, education, and community development.

We believe that our partnerships and initiatives can make a significant impact on the local community, and we are committed to continuing to support these efforts in the future.

AFC Bournemouth: Supporting Mental Health and Well-Being in Local Schools

Our partnership with AFC Bournemouth is particularly significant, as we continue to support the Mental Health and Well-Being programme run by AFC Bournemouth's Community Sports Trust for the 2022/23 season. This initiative is aimed at removing the stigma around mental health issues and providing students with the tools and resources they need to improve their mental well-being.

The programme combines theory, physical activity and community coaching to deliver workshops that promote positive behaviours and teach students the importance of setting achievable goals. We are proud to be part of this project and to support its mission of empowering the younger generation with the necessary tools to understand mental health at every stage of life.

Tru Talent Teams Up with St James Racing

We're also proud to be official sponsors of St James Racing. As a company with a successful Automotive division, it was a natural fit for us to partner with a racing team. We're excited to support William St James on his journey and can't wait to see what the future holds for this partnership.

William St James is a rising star in the world of motorsports, and Tru Talent is proud to sponsor his team, St James Racing. William will be competing in the F1000 Championship, one of the UK's most prestigious racing competitions, and we are excited to support him on his racing debut. As part of our partnership, we look forward to seeing William race at some of the UK's top circuits and score some healthy points throughout the season. We believe in William's potential and are thrilled to be a part of his journey as he continues to make a name for himself in the world of motorsports.

Tru Talent's Commitment to Community: BCP Rotary

In addition to these partnerships, our founder Toni Taylor is actively involved in the BCP Rotary. This organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact in the local community, and we're proud to have someone from our team involved in this important work.

Rotary International is a global organisation that brings together professionals from various fields to provide humanitarian services and promote goodwill across the world. Rotary Clubs work to address critical issues such as poverty, hunger, education, and health in their local communities and internationally.

As a member of the BCP Rotary, Toni Taylor is actively involved in supporting various initiatives that improve the lives of people in the Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole areas. Her involvement in this organisation underscores Tru Talent's commitment to supporting the local community and making a positive impact in people's lives.

The Power of Community Partnerships

At Tru Talent, we believe that supporting our community is not just the right thing to do, it's also good for business. We're proud to be involved in these initiatives and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in our community.
