Secretary Assistant

Locations: Bournemouth
Salary: TBC depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.15pm – can be flexible with hours
You will be primarily based on front of house at our Charminster office but will be required to provide holiday cover and additional support to our other offices to include, Canford Cliffs, Ringwood, Wimborne and Broadstone, so your own transport is required.

Tru Talent has an exciting opportunity for an Administration/ Secretary to represent and manage the front desk of their Solicitors in Bournemouth. This role would suit someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a friendly but challenging office, providing high-quality service to their clients.

Main Responsibilities of the Administration /Secretary Assistant:

  • Ensuring the Reception is immaculately presented and clutter free.

  • Audio typing

  • Word processing documents and materials

  • Meeting and greeting clients ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy always.

  • Receiving and taking clear and accurate, messages by telephone, email and voicemail.

  • Any Administrative duties that the managers ask you to complete.
