Customer Service Assistant
Location: Ferndown
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, 5 days per week Includes 2 Saturdays each month, with a weekday off on those weeks. 40 hours a week

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in their busy retail store. If you thrive on helping others, take a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service, and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish, we want to hear from you!
Responsibility as a Customer Service Assistant:
Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
Showing patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.
What we are looking for from the Customer Service Assistant:
A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Patience and empathy, especially when assisting elderly or disabled individuals.
Physical ability to handle and demonstrate mobility equipment.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, even when managing multiple tasks or challenging situations.
Preferred experience in customer service, shopkeeping, or care work, but not necessary.
