Administrator

Location: Staines, Surrey
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Type: Maternity cover until December 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated in-office Administrator to join their team in Staines, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll contribute to outstanding customer service by managing data entry and supporting a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets

  • Manage a range of administrative tasks

  • Utilise Microsoft Office programs

  • Proficient in using Excel and able to do VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS and Pivot tables

  • Work independently to meet daily production goals

  • Ensure all work aligns with customer quality standards

  • Take on additional tasks as required

What we are looking for:

  • Willingness to grow within the company, with potential for advancement into other departments

  • Proficiency with both Windows 7 and Windows 10

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective problem-solving abilities
