Business Sales Administrator

Location: Poole
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 to £22,500.00 /year

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to work with sales team at a busy dealership.

Job Details:
The key focus for this role is to work within our Business/Fleet Sales office to:

  • Prepare and administer new car orders
  • Finance quotations and documents
  • Work closely with the sales team

Experience:
You will have a background in automotive sales administration, possess outstanding analytical qualities, be competent in using spreadsheet calculations, along with good communication and organisational skills.

  • The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and focused, with a minimum of 1 years’ directly relevant experience
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Must be reliable, committed and have a can-do attitude
