£9.11 per hour + KPI bonus

If so we have the perfect role for you! Our client are looking for Arabic and English speaking Bilingual customer service advisers to join a Worldwide Technical Support provider based in Bournemouth whom have a fantastic working environment and provide excellent benefits.
You will be giving support to people experiencing technical issues either via phone, email or live chat and social media.
What we need from you:
- A background working in Customer Service, be in Retail, Hospitality or a previous Customer Service role
- Fluent in the Arabic and English language with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, personable and have a professional manner.
- This role is for customer support only, no cold calling and no selling either!
